Cancellation & Refund Policy – Madinah Luxury Limo

At Madinah Luxury Limo, we strive to offer flexibility while ensuring the highest quality of service. Please review our cancellation policy before booking.

1. Pre-Booking Cancellations (Bookings Made 96+ Hours in Advance)

• 96+ Hours Before Pickup – Free Cancellation, full refund.
• 96 to 72 Hours Before Pickup – 30% cancellation fee (applied to the total booking amount).
• 72 to 48 Hours Before Pickup – 50% cancellation fee (applied to the total booking amount).
• Less than 48 Hours Before Pickup – Non-refundable.

🔹 Note: Any booking made within 96 hours of pickup will follow the pre-booking cancellation policy.

2. Same-Day Booking Cancellations

• 6+ Hours Before Pickup – 30% cancellation fee.
• 3 to 6 Hours Before Pickup – 50% cancellation fee.

🔹 Note: Any booking made within 6 hours of pickup will follow the same-day booking cancellation policy.

3. Refund Process & Terms

• All cancellation fees apply to the total booking amount.
• Madinah Luxury Limo reserves the right to approve or disapprove refunds based on the circumstances of cancellation.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days of cancellation.
